Last updated: July 2026
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy extends Section 5 of the Terms of Service and sets out what you may not do with PersonWise.
2. Prohibited content
You may not create, upload, or publish content that:
- is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or harmful, or that violates the rights or privacy of others;
- infringes intellectual-property rights, or reproduces or distributes material you do not own or have a license to use;
- is sexual, pornographic, or otherwise NSFW, or that sexually exploits or endangers minors;
- harasses or threatens others, or promotes violence, self-harm, or hatred.
3. AI-media restrictions
PersonWise digital humans are AI-generated and not based on any real person. We do not offer voice cloning or avatar likeness customization; users select only from a fixed library of avatars and voices.
You may not use the Service to:
- generate a real person's voice, face, or likeness without their authorization, or to impersonate any person or organization;
- create deepfakes, face-swaps, or other content designed to deceive people about who is speaking or about what actually happened;
- create content that misleads people about its AI-generated nature. Where required, disclose that content was generated with AI.
4. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the Service to:
- probe, scan, disrupt, or overload the Service or its infrastructure, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or circumvent usage limits or security controls;
- distribute malware, or send spam, mass unsolicited outreach, or fraudulent communications;
- scrape or harvest personal data without a lawful basis, or build datasets in violation of others' rights.
5. No professional advice or unverifiable claims
PersonWise generates educational and training content, not professional advice. You may not present generated content as accredited education or as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice, and you may not make unverifiable claims (for example, guaranteed cures, earnings, or results).
6. Creator obligations
You are responsible for holding the rights to the materials you upload and for ensuring your courses comply with applicable law and this Policy.
7. Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend, or terminate access for violations of this Policy, with or without notice where the risk warrants it.
8. Reporting
Report suspected violations to [email protected].
