1. Who we are
PersonWise ("the Service") is operated by Beijing Zhisuan Cube Technology Co., Ltd. (registered in China as Beijing Zhisuanlifang Keji Youxian Gongsi). These Terms govern your access to and use of personwise.ai.
personwise.ai is operated as an international service: your account data, uploaded materials, generated courses, and learner data are hosted and processed in Singapore — kept separate from, and not transferred to, mainland China. See our Privacy Policy for details.
2. The Service
PersonWise generates interactive digital-human courses from topics and materials you provide, including slides, narration, voice question-and-answer, and assessments.
PersonWise digital humans are AI-generated and not based on any real person. We do not offer voice cloning or avatar likeness customization; users select only from a fixed library of avatars and voices.
3. Your account
You sign in with a third-party identity provider. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the materials you upload and the courses you create. You grant us the licenses needed to operate the Service: storing, processing, rendering, and — when you choose to publish — delivering your courses. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, see our Copyright & DMCA Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to create unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content; to impersonate real persons without authorization; or to probe, disrupt, or overload the Service. Our Acceptable Use Policy specifies further restrictions for AI-generated media.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through the merchant of record shown at checkout. The merchant of record is the reseller for the transaction and handles payment processing, invoices, taxes, refunds, and billing support.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. For annual plans, course credits are granted monthly while the annual subscription stays active, not as twelve months of credits upfront. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal linked from your account, or by contacting [email protected] if you cannot reach the portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
7. Disclaimers and liability
PersonWise provides automated software tools for creating AI digital-human courses. It is not an accredited or licensed educational institution, and the courses it generates are not accredited education, certifications, or qualifications. Course content is for general informational and training purposes only and is not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice; do not rely on it as a substitute for a qualified professional.
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a revised date.
