1. Respect for intellectual property

PersonWise respects intellectual-property rights and expects creators to do the same — both for the materials uploaded to the Service and for the courses generated from them. We respond to valid copyright notices.

2. Filing a takedown notice

A takedown notice should include: identification of the copyrighted work; the location (URL) of the allegedly infringing material; your contact information; a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature.

3. Designated agent

Send notices to our designated agent at [email protected], Beijing Zhisuan Cube Technology Co., Ltd. (registered in China as Beijing Zhisuanlifang Keji Youxian Gongsi).

4. Counter-notification

If your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification with the corresponding information described above. We may restore the content unless the original complainant initiates legal action.

5. Repeat infringers

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

6. AI-generated output

Generated course output is created from the inputs you provide; you retain ownership of the courses you create, as described in the Terms. This Policy does not assign PersonWise ownership of AI-generated output.
