Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them; access continues through the end of the paid period. Annual plans are billed once per year and grant course credits monthly while the subscription stays active. Cancellation never charges you again.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
Every paid plan comes with a money-back guarantee on your first subscription: if PersonWise isn't for you, request a refund within 14 days of your first charge and we will refund that charge in full, subject to the fair-use note in section 5. The guarantee applies once per customer and to the first subscription charge only; renewals, plan changes, and later subscriptions are handled under section 3. When a refund is issued, the subscription ends and its included course credits and paid capabilities are revoked.
3. Refund requests
If something went wrong — a billing error, a duplicate charge, or a Service failure that prevented use — contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will make it right.
4. How to request
Write to [email protected] from your account email with the charge date and a short description. Refunds are processed through our merchant of record back to the original payment method.
5. Fair-use note
Course generation consumes real compute. We may decline refunds for periods of substantial generation usage, except where required by law.
